Why is it so useful? 
  • Asynchronous vs synchronous learning 
    • Flipped class room
      • direct instruction is not the best use of time
      • just that "we've always done it that way"

        • watch when you want, where you want
        • watch as many times as you want
        • pause, stop, rewind, repeat as often as you want. 
        • follow detailed steps.
